Russian Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 small bowl of boiled egg (chopped)
1 small bowl of boiled carrot(finely diced)
1 small bowl of cucumber (finely diced)
1 small bowl of spring onions (finely chopped)
4 small bowl of boiled and mashed potatoes
salt to tast
1 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp of mayonnaise

Method:
Take all the ingredients except potatoes and mayonnaise in a serving bowl and toss well
Add potatoes and toss well
Add the salt and pepper
Now mix it well with mayonnaise
It can be decorated with Olives

how about adding a TSF of hung curd to make it more tasty.May be for vegetarians the hung curd can substitute Mayonnaise

What Russian Salad is this - No diced Pineapple, no apple, no cream and so little mayonnaise.
Wonder who will eat this salad

it's will be much better if you add sugar beets. it will give better taste, texture and color.

You can also add boiled corn, tomatoes, bolied peas.
