7 to 8 cup water — lukewarm
3 cups white bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 teaspoons chili paste
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/3 cup peanuts — unsalted, broken into small pieces
1/3 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
3/4 to 1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon cilantro — dried
2 1/2 to 3 teaspoons active dry yeast


Add all the ingredients and mix it well. Check the bread machine manufacturer’s instructions for completion.

    Something looks very wrong with this recipe. 10 cups of water and a cup of coconut milk to 5 cups of flour? There should be about 3 cups of flour to each cup of liquid…….
