I am a mom of a 12 year old autistic girl. I love cooking different varieties/dishes and eating them as well with my daughter,though my hubby grumbles(!) silently every now and then, at the way some of the recipes flop beyond words (!!!) I am delighted to join this group and look forward to try many of these recipes, and also contribute some of my own discoveries.
