I am a Civil Engineer by qualification & profession. I love to experiment with different kinds of cooking. and since, i love food, i take special interest in the presentation of the prepared food item as much as i do int he basic cooking itself. i hope i can get across to many people a lot of simple yet delicious food items which can be made in a jiffy and savoured at leisure.
